Dill is one of those easy-to-grow culinary herbs
that delights in many ways. |
If you want to grow an herb garden, try culinary herbs first,
says Wayne McLaurin, an Extension Service horticulturist with the
University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental
Sciences.
These herbs will delight you on your dinner plate and in your
garden, McLaurin says. Many can be grown easily, with only
moderate care, in most of Georgia.
A good Georgia list, he says, includes basil, mint, parsley,
dill, lemon balm, thyme, oregano, chives, marjoram, sage and
fennel.
