A field day at the Vidalia Onion and Vegetable Research Center
near Reidsville, Ga., May 29 will show growers and others the
fruit and vegetable research going on this summer.



The two-hour event will begin with a visit to the research plots
at 6 p.m. It will end with a sponsored supper. The summer plots
have studies of blackberries, strawberries, watermelons,
cantaloupes, sweet corn and tomatoes.
