Can a green or purple tomato taste as good as a red one? On
the next “Gardening in
Georgia” Aug. 3, host Walter Reeves and Wayne McLaurin, plus
a panel of food experts,
gather to compare the taste of heirloom tomatoes.
Reeves will also look at planting in wet areas. Hank Bruno,
trails manager at Callaway
Gardens, shows some of his favorite ornamental plants that grow
in wet places.
